What exactly do I get for a credit?
One finished document: your recording transcribed and written into the template you chose — formatted headings, tables, action items included — delivered as a styled PDF and an editable Markdown file. If generation fails, your credit is refunded automatically.
How long can my recording be?
Up to about 2 hours. Long files are processed in chunks automatically — an hour-long meeting works fine.
What happens to my audio?
It's processed to create your document and deleted immediately afterwards. It is never stored, reviewed, or used for training. The free PDF tools are even stricter — those files never leave your browser at all.
Why do I need an account?
Your credits have to live somewhere secure. Sign-in is a one-click email link — no password to remember — and your purchased credits never expire.
Will the document be accurate?
The writing is built only from what was said in your recording — the AI is instructed never to invent names, numbers or commitments. Sections with nothing relevant say "None noted" instead of guessing. As with any transcription, heavy background noise or crosstalk reduces quality.
Do credits expire? Can I get a refund?
Credits never expire. If a document fails to arrive, your credit is refunded automatically. For anything else, email [email protected] — we're real people and happy to help.
